The $20 monthly seller membership is a recurring subscription that covers the cost of hosting, verifying, and maintaining your puppy listings.
Because our service provides immediate access to our member network and listing tools, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or for "change of mind" after a listing has been posted.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, your listings will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
If you believe there has been a billing error or an unauthorized charge, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates our community standards or engages in animal cruelty or scamming behaviors. In cases of platform policy violations, refunds will not be issued.
