Club of Puppy is an advertising and membership platform. We provide a space for sellers to list puppies and for buyers to find them. We do not own, sell, or ship animals ourselves. All transactions happen directly between the buyer and the seller.
Sellers agree to provide truthful information, accurate photos, and to follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding the breeding and sale of animals. Fraudulent listings will be removed without a refund.
Sellers pay a monthly fee of $20 to maintain an active presence on the platform. This fee is billed every 30 days until cancelled by the user. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login information.
Club of Puppy is not responsible for the health of any animal or the outcome of any private transaction. We recommend all buyers and sellers meet in safe locations and conduct thorough health checks.
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these terms or engages in animal cruelty or scamming behaviors.
